• Please Note : International shipping is not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination.

• Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 business days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the 14 days.

ASHLYN bespoke Internet Store will offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. To exchange a product please follow the returns procedure below requesting an exchange and place a new order.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund may be affected. We request that you do not remove tags until you are completely satisfied that the items will not be subject to return within 14 days. We also request that items are returned with their original packaging including, in the case of shoes, original boxes.

SALES TAX

All prices on the ASHLYN NEW YORK Internet Shop are given in US Dollars ($). In the United States all Internet shop sales that are shipped to an address within New York State are required to pay sales tax. The sales tax will be added at checkout.

All orders shipped to addresses outside the State of New York are exempt from local sales taxes.
